Wow..ever calculate how many total pounds you lifted at the gym? This a.m. I moved 28,860 lbs., or 14.43 tons! No wonder my back is sore!
I've found an almost balanced daily cycle:up at 430am for running/gym, changing the world w/ Navy IGs, home w/ the fam, then bed by 10pm
